Consultations

• Once booking inquiry is received I will get back to you within 24 hours.

• Consultations are free of charge. Start to finish booking takes a few days max. We will discuss number of guest, dietary restrictions, pickup or delivery, etc

• Welcome to bring inspiration photos but know I do not copy others work

• Once order has been received and discussed, I will send over a copy of your invoice via email with a thorough order description. (No changes can be make after this notice without advanced notice. Fixes like flavor or icing color are easy fixes. However a change in size alters the whole order)

 

Custom Order Terms and Conditions

• 50% deposit for custom cakes, full payment is preferred. The deposit will be applied to the full purchase amount.

• If a deposit is not received within 24 hours, your order will be void and not be booked.

• Once order has been received and discussed, I will send over a copy of your invoice via email with a confirmation text

• I want to make this process as seamless as possible to take one thing off your plate for you to enjoy your event

 

Late Fee

• Pickup: If you are 30 minutes or more late for your pickup there will be an additional $20 late fee

• Delivery:If you are unavailable 15 minutes or more than your selected delivery timeframe there will be $30 late fee

• Last Minute Order: We do ask for all orders to be placed 7 days in advanced minimum. Please feel book us as soon as possible. The best thing you can do is book early. If you order is placed with less than 7 days and accepted the last minute order fees are as follows:

4-5 days $30

2-3 days $50

24 hours $200 (orders subject to acceptance)
